My Work Style
I do not believe that autism in itself is problematic or wrong. I take a positive approach to neuro-divergence and believe there is a lot to learn from people with autism. I see the goal of intervention as helping someone grow into the best version of themself, not making them someone other than who they are. I value building alliance and rapport with the family and child and listen to their goals, wants and needs.
