AnswersNow is an impact startup looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing with the drive to build a team and develop a strategy that will make us the fastest-growing ABA telehealth company. We’ve been named a top 10 2021 startup to watch, backed by nationally recognized venture capital firms, and are expanding our team to help ensure even more families dealing with autism get access to the care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead marketing and sales team to drive omnichannel growth via brand building, digital marketing, and referral sales. 
  • Develop a sales strategy to drive new market growth and increase revenue.
  • Create a new content strategy across social media, email, and affiliate programs to drive lead acquisition.
  • Support internal team to increase creative output, enable real-time ad optimizations, and discover repeatable B2C digital growth strategies. 
  • Collaborate with clinical and tech teams to understand ABA best practices and optimize the user experience through the client acquisition process. 
  • Spearhead growth strategy and identify business opportunities to create expansion plans that will launch us into a nationwide service.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or sales required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years experience in marketing or sales 
  • Background in specialty healthcare or behavioral health
  • A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Microsoft Office, CRM, social media, sales reporting technology skills
