We are looking for an ambitious ABA professional passionate about ensuring parents get the best possible care for their children in need of ABA therapy. You’ll especially love this role if:

  • You are an RBT or have experience working in the ABA field and are looking to gain skills and expand your knowledge and learn about ABA therapy’s operational side;

A day in the life will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Converting established leads into clients by reaching out and building customer relationships, and establishing a positive rapport;
  • Helping clients begin and continue to receive ABA therapy by collecting legally required documents, providing forms, scheduling appointments, processing payments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and reporting to the team regularly on client status and progress;
  • Acting as a client advocate with the insurance billing team to ensure clients understand the process and receive therapy within the shortest possible timeline;
  • Coordinating with the clinical team to onboard new BCBAs to the AnswersNow team and continuing to collaborate with them to help them best serve their clients; 
  • Working with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies.


Experience and Education Requirements

  • Associate Degree preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative or patient-facing role at a healthcare practice
  • Excellent phone and customer service skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • The ability to speak conversational Spanish would be advantageous
