About Us: AnswersNow is a seed-stage telehealth company delivering virtual autism care to families. In the last 3 months, our technology and network of 20+ licensed clinicians have facilitated 400+ hours of direct therapy to families and their children with autism. What We’re Looking For: As we gain traction quickly, we’re looking to bring on superstar talent that’s passionate about contributing to the early stage of the company’s growth. You’ll bring your domain expertise to the table while flexing other skills in service of team goals.

Specifically, we are looking to hire a proven Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. You’ll be responsible for selling telehealth autism care services to B2B/2C audiences and your primary day will include sourcing outbound sales leads (in partnership with an SDR), fielding inbound requests from marketing-led prospects, driving volume of activity within your pipeline, creating new daily / weekly / monthly opportunities and signing on new customers.

While this is a traditional AE sales role, this is not a traditional sales environment. We are helping families get the care they need for children with autism. The role requires an empathic ear, active listening skills and an ability to represent the personalized care solutions we provide with excellence.

In this role, you’ll report directly to VP, Growth and will own significant responsibility from day one. Hitting the ground running for us means having an idea of how you’ll best contribute early and demonstrating follow up and discipline to achieve goals.

  • Partner with your SDR to refine target B2B prospecting and key contacts
  • Develop and convert a continuous pipeline of qualified leads into opportunities won
  • Drive additional strategic outbound activity across calls, emails, social outreach and others communications touchpoints
  • Host sales calls and demos with target accounts; continuously refine and improve your cadence and channel sales approach
  • Maintain and improve existing sales practices, processes and tools
  • Own your KPIs; demonstrate and communicate progress towards your sales projections; help identify areas of funnel optimization 
  • Maintain data hygiene and accuracy within our CRM and CRM dashboards 
  • Help establish a strong handoff to customer success to ensure successful activation of the new clients you’ve just landed 


  • 5+ years of experience in an AE, SDR/BDR or equivalent sales role with at least 3 years of inside sales experience selling a technology or healthcare product 
  • Experience at an early-stage company, selling new products against industry incumbents
  • Ability to flex your sales approach between B2B and B2C audiences; a POV on which qualifying and sales methodologies you leverage (MEDDIC + Challenger, etc)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Outstanding knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce, Hubspot, Copper or similar)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo,, Pipedrive (or other similar inside sales tech tools)
  • Excellent communication / presentation skills and ability to build relationships both internal and external
  • Organizational and time-management skills which, in turn, means prioritization of pipeline activity that drives the most impact
  • Independent worker, self starter, and proven ability to exceed expectations in a remote work environment
  • Unafraid to ask questions, experiment with new approaches, self-initiate a sense of urgency
