My Work Style

As a Behavior Analyst, my first step when working with a family is to develop a relationship built off mutual respect, trust, and collaboration. My priority inside of treatment is to make sure that each client is heard and we are working on the goals that are going to make the most impactful, socially valid, and lasting change. I want every client and family to feel empowered by the skills and tools we are working on! I am always up for change, I am a go-getter, and if I don’t have an answer for my client I am determined to find it for them.

What I Do To De-stress In My Free Time

I love going to live music, especially outdoors! My husband and I are big foodies as well and enjoy trying out new restaurants in the city. We also love spending time walking and exploring new parks with our mini poodle, Butter!

Why I Became a BCBA

I became a BCBA to help others grow into whatever the best version of them is. I love to watch people learn new things or perform a difficult task for the first time and feel excited about gaining new skills. I feel fortunate to have found a passion for behavior analysis and get to be apart of someone’s journey.

What Previous Clients Would Say About Me

I believe previous clients would say I am compassionate and a great listener. I am always engaged and do my best to fully understand every person’s unique goals, challenges, and needs, and want to do anything possible to achieve the best outcome for a family.

What I Love Most About What I Do

Making lasting and meaningful change for families! I love when clients are happy and engaged during sessions and enjoy learning new skills with me. I also love making connections with others and truly getting to be apart of supporting and fostering a safe place for them to work to achieve the outcomes they want to make.

Most Challenging Professional Moment

Watching families and clients have difficulties due to disagreements on the treatment team or not being able to provide an effective treatment in all of the client’s environments due to barriers out of my control.

Most Rewarding Professional Moment

There are so, so many but some of the most rewarding is when families tell me they were able to do an activity together for the first time. So many first target trips as an entire family, first movie theater experiences, first week-long vacations. This is why I do what I do! :)
